1.1 - No cancellation once orders are placed.

2. Refund Process
2.1 -  To initiate a refund for an order that has not yet been prepared, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Depending on the circumstances, the refund may be issued as follows:

2.2 - For payments made through online payment platforms: The refund will be processed through the respective payment platform, following their refund procedures and timelines.

2.2 - Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of hand casting and customization services, certain items may not be eligible for a refund. These items may include all the casting kits, all types & sizes of frames, and any material sold on our website.

2.3 - Return Shipping Costs: If the refund is approved for non shipped orders, the customer will bear return shipping costs. 

2.4 -  To ensure clarity in our policy, we have updated our refund turnaround time. Once your return request has been fully approved by our team, please allow 7-15 working days for the refund to be fully processed and the amount to be credited to your payment method. This comprehensive timeframe includes both our internal processing and the time required for the bank to complete the transaction.
